​  Dr. Shiveindra Jeyamohan was born in New Jersey and raised in South Brunswick. With nearly a decade of expertise in both complex and minimally invasive spine surgery, he brings exceptional skill, compassion, and a personalized approach to every patient he treats.

Dr. Jeyamohan’s academic journey began at Penn State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. He went on to receive his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University’s Medical College, followed by a neurosurgery residency and internship at Albany Medical Center. During his time there, he also completed an enfolded fellowship in spine surgery. To further refine his specialization, he pursued a prestigious fellowship in Complex and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle, WA.

After practicing in Seattle for five years, Dr. Jeyamohan returned home in 2020 to serve the communities of New Jersey and New York. Since then, he has held key leadership roles including Director of Neurosurgery and Chief of Surgery and has played a vital part in developing Neuroscience Centers and Spine Surgery programs. His expertise spans from routine procedures to some of the most intricate surgical cases.

Dr. Jeyamohan is an active member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. He has contributed extensively to the field through publications and presentations in spine and neurological surgery.

His clinical interests include adult spinal care, minimally invasive and same-day procedures, complex reconstructions, revision surgeries, scoliosis, and degenerative spinal conditions affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
